Refund policy

Hatchlog has a 7-day refund, no questions asked. If it's not what you hoped, ask for your money back within 7 days of buying.

How to ask

Email us from the address on your purchase receipt, or at [email protected], and say you'd like a refund. You don't have to give a reason. We'll confirm and start it.

When it applies

The refund covers your Hatchlog purchase within 7 days. After that the sale is final. There's one licence per purchase, so a refund deactivates the licence.

How long it takes

Once confirmed, the payment provider returns the money to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank, but it's usually a few business days.
